🕒 Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.


✅ Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • You must submit clear photos of the product in the condition received, for return approval.


🚚 How to Start a Return

Once your return is approved:

  • You will receive a prepaid return shipping label via email.

  • Instructions will be provided for securely packaging your item and preparing it for pickup.

  • The cost of the return label typically ranges from $5.99 to $6.99, depending on product size and carrier, and may be deducted from your refund for discretionary returns (e.g., change of mind).


📦 UPS Pickup Instructions

After your return is approved, we will send you a pickup confirmation email.
A UPS courier will attempt pickup on the next business day, so please ensure an adult is present to hand over the package.

Make sure the item is safely packed with the return barcode (included in the email) inside the box.

⚠️ Important:
If the first pickup attempt fails (e.g., no one is present), UPS will notify us and may leave a return label at your door.
We will then follow up by email to ask you to drop off the package at your nearest UPS location.

If you do not reply to this follow-up email within 3 business days, we will consider the return request cancelled, and no further action will be taken.

Refunds will be processed only after the returned item has been successfully picked up or received.


🔁 Exchanges

If you would like a different item, the fastest way is to return your current item and place a new order once your return is approved.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics)

  • Flammable liquids or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards


🧾 Out-of-Stock Situations

In the rare case that an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you by email and issue a full refund automatically to your original payment method.


💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund decision.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

To ensure a fair shopping experience for all, we reserve the right to enforce the following policies:

  • Excessive Returns: Customers who submit 3 or more discretionary return requests within a 15-day period may be subject to return restrictions.

  • Misuse Patterns: Fraudulent claims, returning used items, or refusing delivery to trigger a refund may result in return denial, fee deductions, or order blocks.

  • Photo Verification Required: All return requests must include clear, timestamped photos of the unused item with tags and packaging.

  • Final Decision: We reserve the right to approve or deny any return at our discretion.
