🌐 International Shipping Policy

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures or unforeseen incidents such as piracy.
While we strive to provide tracking updates whenever possible, tracking availability may vary by region.

📦 Estimated Delivery Times (Excluding Weekends and Holidays):

  • a) United States: Approximately 4–18 business days (tracking available)

  • b) Other international regions: Approximately 5–20 business days (tracking available)

🚚 Delivery Delays

Please note that shipping may take longer than usual in some cases.
We are not liable for any delays or issues that may occur during transit, as these are often beyond our control. If your tracking information hasn't been updated for more than 30–60 days, we may consider the package lost and assist with a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Delays are more likely during peak seasons such as November to December holidays, promotional events, or other high-demand periods.

🛠️ Processing Time vs Shipping Time

Processing time is separate from shipping time and must be added to the total delivery estimate.
We typically require 3–5 business days for processing, which includes order verification, quality checks, packing, and handoff to our logistics team.

Orders are generally processed within 4–6 business days.
Once processed, you will receive an email with tracking information, and updates will be available on our website.

Please note that during peak periods or promotional events, processing may take longer than expected. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to fulfill your order as quickly as possible.

❌ Order Cancellations

Once your order is submitted and begins processing, it cannot be canceled.

If you wish to cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it, a $20 processing fee per order will apply.

Orders that have already been confirmed and processed cannot be canceled.
