🌐 International Shipping Policy

We do not have control over customs procedures and are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or other unforeseen events during transit.
Tracking information will be provided as soon as it becomes available.

📦 Estimated Delivery Times (Excludes weekends and holidays)

  • a) United States: Approximately 4–18 business days (tracking available)

  • b) Other countries: Approximately 5–20 business days
    (tracking availability may vary depending on the destination)

🚚 Shipping Delays

Although rare, delays may occur due to unexpected events or logistics issues beyond our control. We kindly ask for your understanding and patience in such cases.
If your tracking information has not been updated for 30 to 60 business days, the item will be considered lost, and we will issue a replacement at no cost.

Delays are more likely during high-traffic seasons such as holidays (November–December), promotional events, or periods of high shipping volume.

🛠️ Processing Time vs Shipping Time

Processing time is separate from shipping time and must be added to your total delivery estimate.
Orders typically require 4–15 business days for full processing, which includes inspection, packaging, and handoff to the shipping carrier.

Once your order has been picked up by the shipping carrier, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
You can also check the status of your order directly on our website.

Please note that during holidays or sales periods, processing may take longer than usual. We appreciate your understanding as we work to fulfill your order as quickly as possible.

❌ Order Cancellations

Once an order is submitted and enters the processing stage, it cannot be canceled.

If you wish to cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it, a $20 cancellation processing fee will apply per order.

If you have already received a confirmation that your order is being processed, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.
